Order Process

Placing an order online constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive a call from our team to confirm details. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our Cancellation Rights page for full details.
