Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2PM Monday–Friday are dispatched same day from our UK warehouse in Scunthorpe. Orders after 2PM or at weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Options

• Free standard delivery on all orders over £40 (2–3 business days)
• Standard delivery (under £40 orders): £3.99 (2–3 business days)
• Next day delivery: £5.99 (order before 2PM Mon–Thu)

Tracking

All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked or DPD and you will receive a tracking reference by phone (our team will call to confirm your order and provide tracking details).
